Ideas for greenhouse emissions reduction
In 1973/1974 in the Netherlands we had carless sundays as an answer to the oil crisis. We could do with a few carless days per month. But Paris has a carless sunday sometimes. New Zealand had them. What we need are world wide carless days to make a tiny contribution to the greenhouse emisions reduction that is needed. But waiting for goverments to require us to do so is not needed, we can/we must start to go carless or motorless ourselves.
Why don't we go back in time from the 24/7 economy where it is not really needed to a nine to five/5 economy?
Unite as neighbours, neighbours of the world. To complete surveys to find out what world we want to live in. To put pressure on politicians to think and vote for long term results. To put pressure on big and small firms to give us what we really need.

We can harvest the energy the world needs "from the sun", if only we would work together as good neighbours do instead of waging wars with our neighbours
